Property manager for a small condo association - 10 buildings, 20 units. Would be responsible for continual inspection of buildings and grounds to identify work needed, present recommendations to Board of Directors and either complete needed work personally or hire it out. Would require consultation with a board member, record keeping, cost projections, locating suppliers or contractors when necessary, monitoring and supervision of work done by others.
Candidate should have some knowledge of this type of work, be self motivated, have the ability to communicate well and work with elderly residents. Applicant must be self insured, as the position is as an independent contractor not an employee
