Repair person for honda 216 commercial mower

I have a commercial Honda 216 mower. I believe bad gas caused the issue of it starting very choppy and not getting full power and cutting off. I've been told the carburetor needs to be taken off and cleaned. Looking to get a quote from someone that knows how to do that and can do it ASAP.
