With our skilled in-house carpentry, fabrication and floral teams, R. Jack Balthazar is able to envision, design, produce, and install all matter of inspired decor and execute complete space transformations for 200+ events annually across the US, and internationally. Responsibilities • Set up and takedown of equipment/furniture at event sites • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks • Pack and Prep furniture for events • Maintain high standard of rental equipment through maintenance, cleaning and attention to detail • Clean upholstery/Assemble and repair furniture as needed to ensure quality products • Drive company vehicles safely to perform deliveries and pickups – ability to drive 14’ and 26’ trucks is a plus! Requirements • Clean DMV record with valid California driver’s license • Professional and confident interacting with VIP clientele and venues • Able to communicate effectively • Knowledge of general & power tools is preferred; drill, screw drivers, wrenches, staple gun, etc. • Must be able to follow instructions – including driving directions and maps with accuracy and consistency • Strong work ethic - honest, dependable and hard working • Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds and be able to stand and work for extended periods – strength and stamina a must • Team player with positive attitude • Must be able to work some EVENINGS and some WEEKENDS
