I just read the interview of the Capitol Officer who shot Ashley Babbitt, the UNARMED woman he killed. Every point of justification he made, I personally experienced during the WTO riots. Odd that I never felt the need to shoot anyone. I've ben a police officer for 30 years and I really don't see the need to shoot an unarmed person. Not sure why this Capitol police officer did it, but his reasons are paper thin... A lot of Democrats forget the Democrat RIOTS at the Capitol, when they protested against Judge Kavanaugh. Nobody was shot in that one...... I guess maybe because they were all Democrats... ?? The other thing is, Jan 6 was NOT an "insurrection", it was a 'PROTEST'. If it was an insurrection, Conservatives would have gone in with guns blazing and we'd still be occupying the Capitol right now. THAT is what you call an 'insurrection', when you ACTUALLY take over.
