Qualified Candidates should have: - A willingness to learn, be dependable and able to work well with other team members - An ability to work with minimal direction and supervision - A valid driver's license and ability to drive trucks with trailers - A familiarity with mowers and trimmers - Knowledge of Organic Lawn Care a major plus - Must be able to follow all safety policies and safety standards - Be dependable and punctual. - Complete assigned tasks efficiently per company standards - Perform maintenance functions including mowing, mulching, weeding, pruning, trimming, aeration-seeding, edging, fertilizing, and leaf removal as well as other tasks related to landscape and lawn care maintenance
