Nature's Path is hiring Cannabis Trimmers and Cultivation Techs for our farm. We are an OLCC licensed, light-dep-green house farm, located just south of Corvallis. Cannabis Trimmers are responsible for following protocols and standard operating procedures for all phases of the finished product, including: harvest, drying, bucking and trimming consistent with Nature’s Path standards. This includes regular upkeep and sanitation of all work areas associated with the role. As well as Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures, and compliance with the OLCC state regulations is essential for this position. Cultivation Technicians (Farm Hands) provide daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest, as well as regular upkeep and sanitation of the facility. Cultivation Technicians will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest. Cultivation Technicians will assist with the harvest and transport of the plants to the dry/cure unit. Under rare circumstances Cultivation Technicians will assist in trimming the dried plant flower. Detailed recordkeeping and adherence to the company’s operating procedures, and compliance with the OLCC state regulations is essential for this position. Must have a highschool diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a valid ODL and/or reliable transportation to rural farmland. Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit, or have proof that you have passed the online exam. Must have Covid-19 vaccine, or be willing to receive the first shot before starting, and schedule the second shot. Experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not required. Experience in production based work environments preferred but not required. Willingness to follow instructions quickly with attention to detail, and pivot daily work roles is a must, and so is a willingness to ask questions if something isn't understood..
