Carpenter needed

Description

Need a carpenter to replace treads and risers of two sets of steps. Currently the treads are 2x10s. They need to be replaced with oak treads and risers. Also, four 2x6s on handrail of a deck and steps outside the house need to be replaced. Garage needs some touch ups and spray paint, and some more touch ups in other parts of the house.
