Title: Full Time Janitors Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager Location: 63 Jackson Street, Suite 101, Holyoke, MA 01040 Property management company seeks janitors for local apartment complexes. Applicants must have two years of experience including cleaning, grounds pickup, snow removal and assisting with apartment turnovers. Essential Functions: sweeping, dusting, mopping, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, laundry rooms and all common areas and any other duties as assigned by supervisor or designated representative.
