Three 30-40s Metal parents with years of band experience looking to complete a FUN black/thrash metal act. We are parents with jobs, not burgeoning rock stars. We are SINCERE, but not too serious; DEDICATED, but not bossy. Humor is a plus! Band Name: OLDENGREYE We try hard, but enjoy a low-pressure creative environment for all. We have a weekly practice at my place (small PA), and plan on 6-8 gigs a year/weekender tours, and maybe some recording for fun, not for profit. Everything is flexible. We are all shaking off the rust as we collaborate on songwriting/arranging. STYLE: -The most recent 3 DARKTHRONE albums (Underground Cvlt thrash with black metal undertones) -Production and humor in the style of the first two VENOM albums -Attitude in the vein of KISS' Creatures of the Night mixed with Celtic Frost's Morbid Tales BASS: Solid riffs and rhythm; nothing flashy needed.
