Hello, Friends. I have lived in Albany County all my life. I have a lot of knowledge about this area and things offered here. If your new to town or just getting settled for college drop me a line and I'll be sure to get back to you. Empowerment Coaching is the process of finding ourself and utilizing a tool (the coach) to help motivate and inspire us to work towards a goal. Or If your seeking a resturant or quiet place to work or study. I can most likely recommend something there too... I am around often however sometimes I go out of town. Do to this, much of the coaching will be done over the Phone or Video Chat. Special arrangements can be made ahead of time if you would like to set it up another way.
