Take it for what it’s worth;This city,this state is now realizing (for what ever reason’s )were not filling jobs.Good paying legitimate jobs.Jobs un filled.For what ever reason’s.Like auto’s and other products/industries, If the market feels that,for whatever reason’s that a product a work force,ideas are not being produced domestically(for what ever reasons)or no able to meet the demand....(like a gas shortage).....our official’s job is to recognize this(sooner rather than later)and act responsibly to avoid interruptions.It’s no mistake our elected official’s are doing all they can to make our state a safe haven for the many thousands of refugees that will soon be sharing our streets,becoming our Neihabors.Needing employeement and on and on.We speak for our bus but we know hundreds and hundreds of other business who,too,have/are experiencing the same difficulty,ie,exhaustion/frutration trying to fill these positions.The fact is all those suitable for such work ARE working.The futal attempts to make due are proving pointless(the other big lie)we have our theories why and it’s not fixable.Those souls will have to be left behind.nothing more can be done for them.Every now and than a society needs to be reminded/corrected when it gets out of wack.an influx’s of fresh,eager people will do a place like this a world of good.In the end it will Bennifit us all even those who’s efforts helped to derail it in the first place.The anntisipation is almost more than we can stand....Our suggestion is take the time you have between now and when these thousands and thousands of new Okies flood the work force and take employment a bit Moore seriesously.Bite the bullet and get established with someone/business and give it everything you got.Like someone cramming for a test at the last minute.Take this seriously.Thats your choice to make.A word to the wise we employers have been burned so often for so long.....our bottom line so altered(for the worse)that when faced with two choices.someone with perfect English who’s lived here 10 years vs some one who speaks broken or no English who’s just moved here.....walk a day in our boots.....who would you choose?We will welcome even encourage any discrimination suit attempts.We suggest you really think about this.Any attempts to even the playing field through futal/pointless “technicalities” won’t make any difference.Take advantage of these post’s.
