Job description Texas Outdoor Oasis is looking for full time landscape foreman and laborers. Come be a part of our growing team!! Duties include: •All aspects of landscape installation on primarily commercial properties. •Reading and following supplied architectural plans •Meeting company standards for performance and quality control •Daily and weekly maintenance and minor repairs of assigned equipment and vehicle. •Training and direction of assigned crew members. (Foreman position) •Completion of all daily paperwork for assigned personnel. (Foreman position) •Following all safety policies and procedures in the field. Requirements: •Will require occasional travel with overnight stay. Company pays travel time, all meals and hotel rooms when traveling. Jobs located in Texas as well as Oklahoma •Physically able to complete assigned work in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment •Valid Texas Drivers License and clean driving record (Foreman) •Experience driving a full-size truck as well as towing and backing a trailer (Foreman) •1 year experience working in commercial landscape and irrigation installation is preferred •Reliable transportation Salary: Full time employment - $16.00 to $22.00 /hour 5 days paid vacation after first year of employment Workers Comp Experience: Landscaping: 1 year (Required) Irrigation Installation: (Required for Foreman) Landscape Foreman: 2 years (Preferred for Foreman position) Language: Bi-Lingual (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
