Urgent rehome needed. Sweet, and slightly chubby 2-year-old American Bulldog/Boxer mix. White coat w/soulful hazel eyes. Loves short walks (did I mention, chubby) and long cuddles on the couch. Knows basic commands but prefers not to “stay” when asked because she’d rather be with her people. She will chortle to let you know she wants belly rubs or lap time. And if you have ticklish feet, don't take your socks off around her!! Bella is gentle and kind to kids and strangers. Bella is the absolute sweetest dog and we wish we could keep her. She has been rehomed three times most recently to someone who was simply not physically capable of caring for her. Bella was left with us for a weekend puppysitting and her owner never came back for her. Bella loves people but not other dogs. We have other dogs (and a cat) and tried to make it work; it did for a few weeks but unfortunately Bella needs to be an only pet. If we didn't have the other fur-babies we'd keep her. She is really sweet and loving. But it's not fair to anyone for her to stay here. We can only keep her a few more days, she's been on all the adoption/rescue sites and this is our last shot. The shelter is not the best place for her, but that's our only option if we can't find her a good home or rescue.
