The Northglenn office is looking for a candidate that enjoys cleaning as well as making people smile. We have a Janitor position available for an independent living facility in Broomfield. The staff is great as well as the residents - everyone is helpful, friendly and willing to make conversation. The Janitor role is temp to hire and is a great opportunity to start a career with an amazing company with room to grow! A list is already created to help you navigate your tasks throughout the day. Some responsibilities include: Sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors Clean windows and window sills Dust Collect trash Keep laundry areas clean Clean bathroom in common area Keep outdoor area free of trash - parking lot, walkways and grass This is a job where you will get to work independently which means you are responsible for keeping track of cleaning supplies, update management if new supplies are needed, work on tasks in a way that makes sense for your day. All management is asking is that the candidate is reliable, able to stay on task and treat residents with respect. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. The nearest bus stop is a mile down the road so reliable transportation is ideal. Pay starts at $14/hour with great benefits available when hired permanently.
