Hello and thanks for taking the time! My Name is Ben, I am looking for 1 person to assist me currently, in power washing/soft washing homes exteriors, as well as roofing, decking, and concrete surface cleaning. + more. I can/will train you personally. You will be expected within 6 months +/- to be capable of running your own jobs, and increasing your pay significantly! At first, I expect 2-3 days a week of work. (6-8 hour days) However I expect that to pick up to FT rather quickly! I expect 4-5 days a week within 60 days based on current advertisement plans/data. (Door to Door sales commissions also available if you want extra cash) Must be: -Punctual & Reliable! (These share the #1 place for a reason) -Hard working -Speak decent English -US Citizen -Physically fit enough for the daily tasks -Comfortable walking on rooftops, wet surfaces, while using tools/hoses -Can SAFELY carry ladders, and feels safe on them. Understands the basics of ladder safety -Comfortable working with a respirator on occasionally. (Bleach washing AKA Soft washing) -Okay being wet for hours sometimes -Respects others personal opinion of Covid, including wearing personal masks at times. Hand washing, etc. -No vax required. -Must have reliable transportation! -Must have valid Florida Drivers license, (Or get one very soon) -Must be comfortable pulling a 5x10 enclosed trailer (in the future, not now) -Daily good attitudes! Negativity spreads,.. as does positivity! -Flexible schedule. Although we try to book these jobs when we want to, customers CAN and DO choose their own times fairly often. As of now, the only day we wont work is Sunday. All other days must be flexible. Previous experience in Pressure washing and/or Painting is a big plus! -A clean truck is a big plus!
