I'm looking to get a construction permit for a small addition ( 390 sq feet ) in Prince George County, I already start the process a year ago, I sent the paper work, plans, drawings. But the process is in hold because drawings need to be adjust and re submit with changes, it's the third time I sent and submit the paper work with out a good result. Looking for a Licensed Architect, to review the plans and let me know if is necessary to make changes, I'll make the changes to the plans, and I would need get a stamp from the Architect on my drawings so I'll send the drawings to the county to get the construction permit.
