Come join our organization and become a key member of our Traffic Control Company! We recently obtained contracts with local utility contractors and need to fill up to 30 positions ASAP!! We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to become a part of our growing team! Job description/Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnoses and repair of equipment and medium duty vehicles Maintain tools, equipment as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the availability of tools and equipment needed to complete routine duties. Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for tracking Preventative Maintenance schedules Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the well-being of others. Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork Ensures the shop area is kept clean, tidy and free of hazards at all times; Performs other duties and tasks as required by business needs Requirements/Experience High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred Strong team building skills. Hands-on, self-sufficient and demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, controls and components. Knowledge of mechanics and equipment repair. Light Welding knowledge preferred Must produce a valid and acceptable MVR, prior to operating any company equipment. Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis. Must have own tools, or be willing to get own tools Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required.
