Guitar/ Bass Player Looking to join rock/metal band

I am a 45 year old guitarist tired of the open mic scene and am looking to get involved in playing in a full band. Most of my experience is in rock and metal but have played in concert and jazz ensembles in he past on various instruments. I have been working on learning to play bass also. I can email a video of me playing Metallica from last night if requested. I consider my self an intermediate guitarist with mostly rhythm playing skills. Can improve leads a little and am working on memorizing solos. Would also consider a start of band if anyone is interested in trying to form something.
