Great position for an individual with experience in Shipping/Clerk positions with progressive levels of responsibility. Well established agriculture company needs an Assistant Supv to support a fast paced Shipping Office. Oversee the Shipping Clerks and coordinate processing of orders with the forklift operators. Identify requirements and make recommendations regarding department procedures and policies. Train new personnel and develop their knowledge of the position requirements. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a warehouse operation. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Computer skills with microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook). Must be able to work overtime. Night shift starting at 4:30 pm.
