Easy-going company with great management. **SE HABLA ESPANOL, BUSCAMOS SUPERVISOR DE MANTENIMIENTO PARA TRABAJAR EN UNA PROPIEDAD DE APARTAMENTOS*** ***Please email your resume with the reply to set up an interview*** RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: •Supervisor will work alongside property manager with assisting in the day-to-day operations of the property. •Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed. •Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis. •Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. •Additional duties as assigned. •Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. •Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies. REQUIREMENTS OF MAINTENANCE: • Ability to schedule and place orders • A minimum of 3 years of related experience. • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. • Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies. • Use various hand tools and test equipment. These items may vary in weight from a few ounces to 40 pounds. • As part of the daily maintenance routine, you may be required to move appliances from one apartment to another apartment. • Be involved in repairs to the building structure. • Ability to work independently. • Knowledge of unit turnover, plumbing, and electrical. • Good customer service skills. • Have a Valid Driver's License and reliable/personal vehicle • Paint, maintain, and repair painted, wall-covered of building structures, Property, and equipment throughout the property • Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques and tools including, but not limited to, measuring surfaces, applying spackle and plaster, mixing paint, matching paint, and using brushes, rollers, and spray-guns
