10 week old Golden Retriever Puppy w/AKC papers. New puppy came into our home 2 weeks ago. We had a serious medical diagnosis this week on one of the humans in the house and we cannot keep this sweet, adorable puppy. He's already in training at Petco, and does Sit, Down, Stay, and Come pretty well. Still learning about the leash and working on the potty training. Will urinate mostly on command, but still has accidents if we're not paying attention. He's very smart and super sweet. Good at fetching a ball or a stick as well. He's been around other dogs, neighbor's dog, contractor's dog, dogs in the training class, as well as lots of different people, so he's getting well socialized. Hate to see him go, but our situation has changed and he needs a new home. We still have the original AKC papers from the breeder, so you can send them in and call him whatever you want. He responds well to the name that we gave him, but he should be able to learn something else quickly. Breeder did first round of shots. He's seen our vet, but only for checkup and to introduce him to the people there. Everything was fine. Next round of shots scheduled for 9/3 Rehoming fee, please, to help us defray the costs of a puppy we can't keep.
