Apply to Lawn Technician: Apply to Aeration and Seed Laborer: Lawn Technician ($17-$25 per hour) We are looking for lawn technicians with excellent customer service skills to join our growing team and help us become the leading name in professional lawn care. This position is responsible for servicing residential and commercial customers, providing professional turf applications along with quality customer service. You will help maintain the Grassmaster Plus professional image through extensive training in safety, agronomics and customer service all while using the industry’s premier equipment and most environmentally friendly products. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Customer Service Engage and educate the customer Diagnose and provide solutions to problems Consistently evaluate the quality of services being provided to customers and develop/correct procedures to minimize customer complaints Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and equipment used by employees Uphold a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer issues immediately and following through until resolution has been made Cultivate relationships with current customers Service and Application Perform service call applications and other special jobs Perform program applications to new and existing customers as needed to maintain proper round timing REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate Previous lawn care experience is preferred but not required Customer service experience is preferred but not required Must have effective verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of using a computer is required Able to lift 50 pounds Valid driver’s license with less than 4 points Willing to work in various weather conditions Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment We welcome experienced technicians, but will train the right person to become one of our professionals. Aeration and Seed Laborer ($15-$18 per hour) Grassmaster Plus, Inc. has been providing Full-Service Lawn and Plant Health Care for clients in the Greater Boston and the North Shore area since 1980. We are hiring Aeration and Seed Crew Members to start in August. This is a full-time position lasting through the rest of the green season, with the opportunity to return in the spring.
