There are a collection of individuals with disabilities who I regularly help out, all seeking employment. Due to their limitations, all of them have difficulty in partaking in the pride and reward that comes along with employment like the rest of us get to. All of these individuals want the opportunity to pleasure in work and I want that for them, They all come with a lot of heart, dedication and compliance. It's just a matter of finding that fitting opportunity where they are given a chance to show what they are made of. If you have any job functions that the individuals below could fit with or know someone or have resources, please let me know. All the jobs must be on the north side of Milwaukee, so basically anything from bluemound to good hope road, including Brown Deer, Menomonee Falls and Mequon Individual one - Has a HUGE heart, very spirited, engaging and fun but is completely blind and needs sedentary work Individual two - is mute and cannot talk but can still follows instruction well. The job function just has to be clearly defined and ideally routine for him. Something where he could still enjoy people Individual three - would like to work in a warehouse in a role that's routine and more independent Individual four - this is an individual that is bound to wheelchair but other than that is hospitable and engaging and would love to do something with people like greeting or anything else unique that they could partake in Individual five - She is pretty able-bodied, just quiet and shy and might need a little extra direction but after awhile she will get it Individual six - This individual needs an opportunity where she can be around people but not directly dealing with them. She can sort of be around them but doesn't have to deal with them directly at all. Ideally the work is more independent and simplistic.
