CURRENTLY, WE'RE OFFERING A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS PAYABLE AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH ANOTHER $250 AFTER 180 DAYS. We are a 20-year-old, well-established company working for large apartment communities around metro Phoenix. Our primary work is maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of trash bins and trash enclosures (called a Service Technician). We also pick up bulk items like couches and mattresses with a full-size pickup and 16-foot trailer (called a Bulk Item Technician) and need help doing this on the west side of Phoenix. We also do apartment trash-outs across the entire Metro Phoenix area and are looking for positions on our trash-out crew. We are seeking reliable and stable full-time (40-45 hours per week) employees. The hours are either 2 AM or 3 AM to approximately 10 AM or 11 AM for Service Technician and 4 AM or 5 AM to 12 Pm or 1 PM for Bulk Item Technician. Our trash out crew works anywhere from about 5am-5pm depending on how early we can access the unit. Workweek includes all days except Tuesday and Sunday. We have at least 4 positions open currently. Every employee takes their work truck home with them every day so transportation to and from work is not needed. Cell phone also provided if needed. This is not seasonal work.
