This position is a permanent position for an individual that would like to work year in and year out. Our field has been deemed essential. There should be no interruption if Covid shutdowns resume. This has been a safe, secure, reliable, successful, business for many many many decades. Maintenance Technician • A reliable vehicle, driver’s license and clean driving record is required • An absolutely clean criminal back ground is required. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to tile and grout floors and walls (or willing and able to learn). • Must be able to work a 40 work work week and on call schedule every other week. • Must be physically able to shovel snow, move appliances, and climb ladders to change light bulbs, clear downspouts, and gutters. • Must be self motivated and able to work equally well both supervised and on your own. • Must possess a positive attitude and good people skills. • Must be able to communicate with tenants in a professional, courteous manner. This is an entry level position and we will train you. The salary is flexible $ 27,000.00 - $ 38,480.00. We provide paid training for HVAC Certification, Mold Remediation Certification, and Lead Based Paint Certification. There is excellent growth potential and opportunity for annual bonuses.
