Description

Toby is a 7 year old male chinchilla (born December of 2013). He is timid and although energetic, is not interested in being held. He is charcoal grey with a white stomach. He has no apparent health issues, and most domestic chinchillas can live to 15 years. He is extremely soft with a big tail. He loves craisins and running around as much as possible. I do not let him run loose in the house though because he will chew on any available wood, which is why he also needs to be given wooden chew toys regularly. He can be noisy, as he jumps between the different levels of his cage when excited and will bark if left alone for too long. He also should have a dust bath every couple weeks to clean him, and watching him bath is extremely fun. A large cage and other necessities will be included as long as you are willing to allow a home check and pay $50 to know you are serious about taking care of him.
