The Opportunity – Pool Service Technician We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Pool Service Technician position! As a Pool Service Technician, you will be the lead technician serving our clients on a variety of service calls. The critical component of this role is to trouble shoot, determine a solution and execute with a high standard of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with our clientele, technicians, and our service office team. This position is client facing and always requires team member to be presentable and professional. Ideal Candidates: · Task focused and able to respond, engage and complete jobs in a timely and detailed manor · Possess a wide variety of troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues accurately and effectively · Skillful in utilizing mobile technology to communicate and invoice jobs daily · Strong knowledge of swimming chemicals · Must be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders · Required to have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record · Required to have a minimum of two years previous experience as a technician or in an equivalent position · Strong attention to detail regarding attire and presence · Keeps safety as top priority Exceptional Candidates: · Have 5 or more years of experience as a Service Technician · Love bringing innovative solutions to light · Have a strong sense of urgency and follow up · Enjoy serving others and delivering a client experience In addition to your expertise and experience, we seek to hire those with similar character qualities which include: · Having a Positive Attitude · Remaining Coachable · Demonstrating a Strong Work Ethic · Passionate about Serving Others and Collaborating to make a difference What We Value Excellence- Strive for it in everything we do!
