Hi,
I'm offering one hour sessions of in person accountability coaching for women who are struggling to get started on their own. We will work out in my home using hand weights and various body weight exercises. Just looking for 2 or 3 women for this. I'm a woman in my 50's who has really found the secret to keeping weight off fairly effortlessly. Although my focus is mainly on building strength for a healthy lifestyle. We can use your routine if you have one you like, or if you don't, then I will guide you through a routine.
This in-home training is for women only. I do provide the accountability for men also, but this would be at the beach or harbor and would mainly be walking or bike riding.
I'm nice, supportive, non-judgmental. I will have availability starting September 20th.
