Need help rehoming dog

I am currently on bed rest. I cannot keep my pit mix but am unable to surrender him myself. I’m looking for a rescue, family or shelter that could come to me or an individual who would be able to transport him for me. He is sweet but not good with other dogs. Please let me know if you can help, thank you.
