Landscaping Laborer Needed

We are looking for a hard working clean cut employee to join our team. I just transitioned my landscaping company from a part time project to a full time company. This is a Monday - Friday gig. Hours vary from 8 hour days up to 12 hour days. Just depends on the projects/routes. This is a full time minimum 40hr requirement. If you are not available Monday - Friday and do not have reliable transportation to at least meet me at the job sites or to meet up and ride in the truck, dont even bother applying. We pay your first day in cash at the end of the day and then pay is every Friday and we do not hold a week back. What you work is what you get. We are trying to grow this business to its full potential so those that are here in the beginning with us will be taken care of like family and never left behind during this amazing expansion process. We start between $14-$16/hr. and everything is on 1099 until the 1st of the year so we do not withhold taxes. Experience is not necessary but is preferred. Its more about showing up everyday for work and being willing to learn and grow with us so we can have you become a foreman down the road. You will work with me personally (the owner) on various installs, mulching projects, land clearing projects, hand weeding and prep projects, grading and leveling along with traditional mowing and trimming and blowing with edging. We will provide work shirts, all you need are some decent pants and some boots and your good to go. All safety glasses and p.p.e. are provided on site. No drug addicts!!! I will not tolerate junkies and alcoholics. If you look messed up I wont even let you in my truck. We will do a raise evaluation in your first 90 days, which basically means if you can stick around for 3 months we will give you a $1 more per hour.
