General Laborer / Helper

Looking for a general laborer / helper with a positive attitude for a floating position between a busy stock yard and fabrication shop. Forklift experience preferred but not required. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train! Apply in person Captiol Foundry of VA, Inc. 2856 Crusader Circle Virginia Beach, VA 23453 Hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. (May be required to work later if we are not finished by 4:30) Requirements: -Must be able to pass pre-employment & random drug tests -Must have reliable transportation. (tardiness and frequent absences will not be tolerated) -Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally. -Must be able to withstand working in all weather conditions (indoor and outdoor) including rain. SHOP IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. -Must be able to work as part of a team Compensation: -Starting pay is $17.00 / hr. -Company paid Medical Insurance (After 60 days) -Paid Holidays (After 60 days) -Paid vacation (After 1 year) -401K with company match (After 1 year)
