My grandson and I want to buy a home on contact for deed in either Hazelhurst or Brookhaven mississippi He works at Sanderson farms I am retired but have substantial income combine we do quite well over 4000 amonth. We would like a 3 or 4 bedroom 1.5+ bathrooms home with very little repairs to be done we can makes payment up to 1500 a month Thanks Need to know Asap
