Are you handy around the house? Ever thought about working maintenance at an apartment complex? The Liberty Group is hiring right now for immediate work. We are currently hiring Experienced Maintenance Technicians who are looking for part time and full time work to start immediately in the Westminster area. Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities: • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical (ceiling fans, wall sockets), plumbing and appliance repair. • Manages records of activity in maintenance log. • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems. • Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Ability to operate pressure washer and use of paint spray guns.
