HB Staffing is offering its assistance to a faucet manufacturing company, looking to hire a Lead Order Picker. This is a TEMP-TO HIRE job opportunity Location: Huntington Beach Schedule: Monday-Friday; 5:15am-2pm Pay Rate: $18-$24/hr Position Summary: The Picking Lead is responsible for setting the example, teaching, guiding, and assisting team members in order to successfully perform picking procedures. Responsibilities: • Relaying direction from the supervisor to other team members • Continuously improving processes and procedures. • Providing input/assistance to the supervisor regarding the appraisal of employee performance Qualifications: • Adaptability/flexibility when encountering problems. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and be able to solve problems and implement solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
