Job description This position is for an individual that is looking for a long time career that wants to continually grow with our company. The candidate will supervise multiple reconstruction job sites from start to finish. The first year will be heavily focused on Project management. You will organize and oversee company procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of painters to achieve the best results. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget. Responsibilities - Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, product, process, timeline. - Provide the crew at each project with the proper tools to be successful. - Create a plan with the crew that follows the timeline given for the job. - Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. - Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. - Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities. - Supervise the work of laborers and give them guidance when needed. - Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. - Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Skills - Must be bilingual English/Spanish - Proven experience in load bearing wood replacement, wood siding replacement, weep screed replacement, re decking balconies, door replacement, etc... - In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. - Good knowledge of Google Suites. - Familiarity with construction/ project management software. - Outstanding communication - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A team player with leadership abilities - Able to work under minimum supervision If you meet all requirements please send your resume for review and consideration, make sure to have all your current contact information
