Our Delivery Service Professionals are the public face of the company and are held accountable for our customers' overall satisfaction. Primary Functions: • Pay special attention to order details and customer needs. • Drive a 26' box truck and follow a timed schedule. • Safely load and unload the delivery truck with a dolly, hand truck, and a partner. Use blankets and packing provided to prevent damage to the product, delivery truck and customers' homes. • Safely unbox and assemble a variety of products based on client preference. • Collect proof of delivery through printed or digital signatures from the customer on any required forms. • Keep a clean work area at the customer’s home, including wearing booties inside the home, post-assembly removal of packing materials and debris from each customer’s home. • Must be able to meet the required physical demands listed below, including but not limited to, lifting and moving 50 to 175 pounds on a regular basis with the help of a lifting partner and a dolly. • Responsible for serving as the customer’s primary point-of-contact during delivery. • Driver is responsible for making several deliveries throughout the day. • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and in accordance with all safety standards.
