We now have immediate openings for hourly paid Product Representatives that are comfortable with providing on site customer service. You will be responsible for meeting with customers who are scheduled to receive a free estimate from our company. The appointments are already scheduled and there is no cold calling, door knocking or lead work needed. Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday 8:00AM - 6:00PM. Must be bilingual proficient in both English and Spanish. Rapid pay advancements based on performance. Must be able to start immediately. We have lots of work and are a well established outdoor construction company that services Orange and surrounding counties. Superior customer service, honesty and integrity are fundamental; your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. To be qualified, the ideal candidate should possess, including but not limited to, the following: Be punctual, communicative, well mannered and possess a professional appearance. A valid driver's license. Your own transportation, as you will be traveling Orange and surrounding counties to perform the on site estimates. Effectively measure the customer’s project and have basic math skills. Work effectively in all weather conditions and customer work environments. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs and recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, etc. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
