TRADE SHOW SET UP AND EXHIBIT NEEDED

Hi! We are looking for great people with positive attitude to help with our next trade show at the Orange County Convention Center. We need 2 people who we can count on to be at the Surf Expo for set up starting Tuesday September 7th *You need to be on time and reliable. If you live near the convention center we can pick you up. If you decide to drive and there is any parking fee we will pay any fees if you provide the receipt. * Duties will be meeting us on time at the parking lot and then we will unload the trailer and bring all items inside by carts. Nothing is heavy but some items are bulky. Most items are under 25 pounds but a few can be up to 50 pounds. (Team lifting on those is good) * Once inside we will carefully unbox all items and set up the booth with my instruction. After its somewhat set up the boxes will need to be taken back to the parking lot and loaded in the trailer. (Im expecting the hours to be approx. 8:30Am to 6 pm that day with a half hour break for lunch. I will provide lunch.) 9 hours that day The following day I may need one of the people to come in to finish setting up depending on what we get done. On Saturday September 11 I will need both people to arrive by 3 PM and we will carefully take down the product and box it as well as unassemble the booth. Will bring in the boxes from the trailer from the parking lot and box the product and then put on the carts and bring everything back to the trailer to load. Im expecting to be finished between 9 and 10 PM...possibly sooner. After everything is loaded I will give you a company check for your hours. (We have been in business over 20 years and we will not have to issue a tax form since it is less than $600) I will give an additional cash bonus of $20 also for being on time and doing the work sufficiently. In addition I would like one of the applicants to work with me in the booth on September 2 from 9 to 4 and instead of coming at 3 on Saturday the 11th come in at 9AM. (It will be a long day working and bring a change of clothes for breaking the booth down. I might need you an additional day depending on how busy the show is. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHOTO because one of you will be the one at the exhibit and we will be talking to customers. Our company sells beautiful large mermaids, sealife, tshirts, and alot of really cool things. Smiling people are welcome to apply. Its a fun show and even set up can be some work its not too difficult. Pay will be $14 an hour paid by company check as soon as the show is over and everything is packed in the trailer. Again a 20 dollar bonus will be paid for being on time and doing the work well.
