I am in search of someone who will fit perfectly into my crew, you must have good experience with a saw, you must have transportation to the jobs, I work 3 days a week right now, Monday, Wednesday and Friday but will be working more as soon as I get one or two more qualified guys. You must have a good attitude, this is a good vibe only crew, no tough guy shit, you MUST MUST MUST be able to be left alone with any saw and be able to safely get a bunch of work done, looking for someone who preferably can drop trees on their own, and maybe can do a little climbing, although climbing is not a must, it will pay more. And last but not least, you HAVE to be reliable, if you say you'll be there you have to be there, I give people one chance, as soon as they don't show up or they're late, that's it.
