Rehoming chameleon

Trying to rehome my Jackson chameleon which is about eight months old. His name is Groot. He’s always been an outside pet and has flourished ! He’s not handled that much so he does get a little nervous when being dealt with. But if handled daily he would get used to human contact. He has never bitten or showed any true signs of aggression. I do leave that crate in there for the crickets so he can eat when he wants, due to the fact that the cage has a slight rip in the back, and I don’t want the crickets getting out. I am leaving Island tonight but I am leaving Groot with my roommate but we are trying to rehome him by the end of this month! I want him to go to a home where he is cared for and not mistreated.
