Need ASAP Handyman or PLUMBER and TREE CUTTER

I need few things to be fixed around the house, house is located in JAX 1 minute from stadium, for Pro, it would take few 4-5 hours, Gig for Handyman / plumber 1. Change the kitchen Faucet 2. Re-connect disconnected shoe that connects the sewer pipe under restroom in crawlspace, as it is disconnected, see pic, and fix another leak in sewer line under house. 3. Fix 2 closet doors, where they go in on the top/bottom. see pic 4, cut and retile 2-4 small pieces of tile, that fallen off in shower, and screw in with few screws the rest of pieces, see pic 5. Put a cover over water heater cord and cover. see pic. 6. Change the electrical outlet in one bathroom, and screw in 2 other outlets, that are partly outside. I am offering $135 CASH to get those things above done, see pic. If you want little MORE money, come take a look at the job, and we will talk..
