Description

Experienced exterior repairman wanted. Looking for experienced person that can perform exterior repairs consisting of roof repairs (shingles and EPDM), siding repairs (knowledge of vinyl of all styles, cedar and aluminum), must know how to use a metal brake, must have knowledge in framing and basic carpentry (decks, stairs, railings, wood replacement), Caulking and painting. Must be able to set up, climb and work off of ladders from 6’-40’. Must have own transportation to shop, Valid drivers license a must, must have own hand tools (electrical tools will be supplied).
