Example tasks: * Fixing broken/loose gates/latches * Fixing peeling/loose wall panels, ledge tops, etc. * Fixing loose door closers and handles * Cleaning or replacing AC filters * Replacing thermostat * Filling drywall holes We like to be organized, with an online prioritized list of issues with photos/videos, which you can also use to update the status of the items.
