Commercial drywall and carpentry company is seeking a motivated and experienced lead carpenter / foreman. In addition to being ambitious and having a strong desire to grow, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Must speak fluent English - Valid driver's license - Must be able to read blueprints (both paper and digital) - Strong layout experience - Experience with metal framing, black iron and ACT tie wire ceiling systems a MUST - Ability to prepare/request material takeoffs in advance - Tech savvy - Ability to be a team leader and player - OHSA 40 SST Card required Please forward resume and wage requirements.
