For more information, visit and Maintenance Mechanic/ Equipment Maintenance Technician (overhead crane) • Be able to efficiently use all standard shop equipment. Under immediate supervision performs a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation of building components and systems. All work is done safely. Installs new construction as needed • Able to drive an overhead crane or willingness to learn, forklift and electric pallet truck. • Able to weld. • Able to stand, climb, and bend for 8-10 hours • Install new equipment as directed and assist in start-up. • Perform preventative maintenance • Efficiently diagnose problems equipment and perform repairs on a timely basis • Train or assist with the training of other personnel as required • Perform the following mechanical activities as requested by the Company: • Motor installations/removals and or adjustment/alignments • At the completion of the work, the area is properly cleaned of all maintenance materials and debris, and proper notification of operating personnel is made. • Quick hand and arm movement, or the movement of both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. • Perform other duties as assigned by management • Repairs existing systems.
