Found this small dog running around Atlantic Ave

I found this dog running around on linden boulevard just east of the Animal Care Center. I'm looking for her owner. I'm sure someone is worried sick about this cutie. I'm going to need heaps of evidence that this dog is well cared for. I will need to know how this dog got away from the owner. I don't care how much you claim to love this dog, I am not returning this dog to irresponsible hands. 1 or 2 photographs isn't going to cut it. I'm going to need heaps a photographs to know that you completely spoil this dog! She's fixed and she seems pretty healthy so that is a huge plus for you! I'm going to need some kind of assurance that she will never end up running on the streets alone again. Fact that it already happened neutralizes the huge plus. I'm also going to need you to make some sense out of why I don't see ANY effort to find this pup on any lost pet website. If you're too stupid to take care of a dog, she will we be safe and loved in my home forever. I'm a rescuer with 5 other dogs who already love her.
