ASAM certification is a plus or must take the training within the first 6 months of hire. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN (Full Time or PRN)➢ PA Licensed RN knowledge of the theory and treatment of long-term drug (opiate) addiction.Pharmacotherapy experience preferred. STAFF PHYSICIAN – MAT: (Permanent PT)➢ Medical Degree from an accredited medical school; completion of residency and current, valid license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of PA; must be either ASAM certified, or Board certified in Addictions in the case of a Psychiatrist), or completion of a minimum of 3 years working directly in a pharmacotherapy program.
