North Central Workforce Alliance of Ohio Annual Summit: Strengthened Through Adversity North Central Workforce Alliance (NCWA) of Ohio invites you to attend our annual workforce summit “Strengthened Through Adversity” on Wednesday October 27. Organizations from across our region will join and share the strategies they are employing to attract and retain talent and discuss how the recent COVID pandemic has impacted their business in ways they weren’t expecting. Keynote speaker Zane Gross (Wenco Wendy’s) will share his story of humble beginnings, speak about the “perfect storm” and how it has impacted his businesses, and reveal where things may be headed in the future. Additionally, a panel discussion with representatives from Aultman Orville Hospital and Step2 among others will highlight the similarities and present the unique challenges their industries are currently working to overcome. No matter your position or profession there is something at this Summit for everyone. Join us for this impactful event to learn from other organizations in our area and to be a part of the solution for our region and an example for others in the State of Ohio.
