Times Community Services (TCS) is the non-profit arm of the Baltimore Times Newspaper. Over the past 20 years since the newspaper launched TCS, the organization has developed and delivered programs to Baltimore City youth, partnered with local and state agencies, other community organizations and institutions to motivate the community at-large to adopt healthy lifestyle changes, as well as to host financial literacy and entrepreneurship seminars to provide access to relevant information and services for anyone desiring to start a business or achieve financial independence.
