Join us for a chef-crafted dinner, with seasonal and local ingredients. Taste of Vail Wine and Vail Brewing Company Beer will be served. Please join us for a chef-crafted dinner, sourced from the fields of Colorado farmers, featuring seasonal and local ingredients. Taste of Vail wines will be paired with the four courses. Dinner will be held rain or shine at the Base of Gondola One, so please dress accordingly and bring your sense of outdoor culinary adventure! We do have rain provisions planned. Tickets are non refundable. Join us this year in celebrating the 30th Annual Taste of Vail in September 2021!   The Taste of Vail, is one of the nation's top food and wine festivals, and typically has two Festivals throughout the year. One in early April and another in September; where events and seminars are held throughout the town of Vail. The Fall Wine & Food Classic highlights the best of the autumn season in Vail. With the peak fall foliage and amazing weather, This years event will feature wines from the Southern Hemisphere and also include outdoor activities so participants can experience all facets of Vail at its finest. The Taste of Vail in the spring showcases life in the mountains and amazing food and wine. We wanted to design an event that complements The Taste of Vail and showcases Vail along with its top chefs, restaurants, and sommeliers, said Angela Mueller Executive Director of the Taste of Vail. Due to Covid we have pushed back our spring event till Septmeber this year. All people who have purchased tickets for the 2020 events will be contacted in the near future and given the opportunity to put their purchases towards 2021 and/or 2022 events.
